The company was incorporated in 1999 by mr. madhukar aggarwal who is currently managing director of the company. mr. madhukar aggarwal – aged 62 years is a qualified post graduate from delhi university, has more than 40 years of experience in chemical and allied businesses. bls has three manufacturing units in rajasthan region with total installed capacity of 54,000 mtpa. the company is in process of expanding the capacity from 150 mtpd to 200 mtpd. new capacity of 50 mtpd is expected to be commissioned by april 2024 the company is expected to achieve gross turnover of approx. rs. 500 crores in the fy 2022-23. the company has availed term loan and working capital facilities from axis bank, kotak bank and yes bank. the impressive growth and volume of polyester fibre consumption is driven by the trends in the global market. the changes in the consumer lifestyle and attitude drive the trends in the end products and the impact of such trends is passed along the textile value chain through combination of requirements centered on cost, performance and availability. the nature and combination of these parameters steers the selection and use of specific fibre group.
